Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory roles. Your background includes working with executive stakeholders, showcasing your ability to navigate complex organizational structures. You possess knowledge of the creator ecosystem and understand the nuances of sponsorship agreements between creators and brands. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to structure compelling storylines and build effective presentation decks to support your position. You thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments and can adapt to constantly evolving team dynamics. Your problem-solving, analysis, and program management skills are top-notch, enabling you to tackle challenges effectively.

What you'll do

As a Go-To-Market Lead for YouTube, you will be a key partner to the APAC YouTube and Google Business Organization Brand Deals teams. Your primary responsibility will be to drive brand sponsorships for YouTube creators at a larger scale. You will analyze data trends to generate insights that influence the strategic roadmap for brand deals and drive market growth. Additionally, you will synthesize and prioritize creator feedback, making recommendations on the operating model to enhance the creator experience. Your role will involve developing key market insights for the APAC region, keeping abreast of trends and opportunities within the creator marketing industry. You will collaborate with multiple levels of the organization, demonstrating strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills to achieve your goals effectively.
