What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering service models for the Business Development, Creator and Consumer Success, and Partner Engineering teams. You will work closely with Business, Product, and Marketing leaders to optimize impact and cost-to-serve across various partner and consumer segments. Your core responsibilities will include defining measures of success, such as impact, productivity, and ROI, while enabling change through strategic recommendations based on growth metrics and patterns.
You will synthesize cross-functional feedback into key strategic themes that represent the needs of the APAC region, collaborating globally to remove roadblocks that hinder progress. Presenting data-driven insights to key stakeholders will be a crucial part of your role, ensuring that leadership has the necessary context to drive regional priorities effectively. Your ability to innovate and gain alignment on service models will be essential in achieving the team's goals and enhancing the overall service experience for creators, artists, and media companies.
