Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in program management. Your background includes 2 years in Supply Chain or Information Management, and you are familiar with business intelligence solutions for data analysis, visualization, cost modeling, and reporting. You have experience with third-party system implementations and enterprise resource planning, which equips you to navigate complex project landscapes effectively.
With 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, you excel in driving process improvement initiatives from conception to implementation and adoption. Your understanding of various procurement models with contract manufacturers enhances your ability to manage supply chain dynamics. You possess excellent communication, people management, and change management skills, allowing you to work successfully across multiple levels of the organization.
What you'll do
As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres, requiring you to coordinate various players and keep them updated on progress and deadlines.
You will draft project charters, define multi-year roadmaps, and lead cross-functional alignment sessions to ensure milestones are met on schedule. Your role will involve navigating a multi-tier supply chain environment to eliminate shortages and optimize delivery metrics. You will leverage data analytics to transform raw numbers into actionable insights and lead the rollout of fulfillment and procurement models.
