Google is hiring a Recruiter for their Hiring Programs to support talent acquisition in Mandarin and English. You'll be responsible for developing recruiting strategies and building relationships with candidates and stakeholders. This role requires 3 years of recruiting experience.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or business operations. Your background includes at least 2 years of recruiting experience, either at an agency or within an in-house recruiting team. You are fluent in both English and Mandarin, which enables you to effectively manage client relationships in the region. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating complex, data-driven organizations. Your ability to build strong, trusted relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and university partners is one of your key strengths. You are creative and driven, which allows you to develop lasting connections with both candidates and hiring managers. You are also comfortable with numbers and can draw insights from analytics to enhance the hiring process.
Desirable
Experience in university, campus, or early-career recruiting is a plus, as is familiarity with designing and executing recruiting strategies to attract top talent. You understand the importance of a positive applicant experience and are committed to providing support from the application stage to the offer stage.
What you'll do
As a Recruiter at Google, you will play a key role in the talent ecosystem, supporting delivery for programs aligned with market priorities, including campus and gReach initiatives. You will collaborate with recruiters and the business to develop strategies that drive conversion for program pipelines. Your responsibilities will include guiding candidates through the hiring process and connecting them to the unique opportunities at Google. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that the talent strategy aligns with the company's goals and market needs. You will also be involved in building a strong applicant pipeline and enhancing the overall efficiency of the hiring process.
