Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in program management. Your background includes managing data center infrastructure, specifically in areas like power, networking, and cooling. You are familiar with the New Product Introduction (NPI) life-cycle and have experience managing cross-functional projects. Your understanding of data center constraints and physical layouts enables you to effectively manage operations and network standards.
You possess excellent program management skills, allowing you to coordinate deployments and roadmaps across multiple stakeholders. You thrive in environments where you can influence product development and design decisions, particularly in the machine learning and high-performance computing sectors. Your ability to drive tools and automation for continuous process improvement is a key asset.
What you'll do
As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working closely with stakeholders to plan requirements and identify risks. You will manage project schedules and ensure clear communication with cross-functional partners across the company. Your role will involve tracking deployment workflows and raising issues to ensure on-time follow-through. You will influence the development of new products and colocation server floor design decisions, focusing on fleetwide transitions in the ML and accelerators space. Additionally, you will drive the development of new tools and decision-making frameworks to optimize fleet life-cycle.
