Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in program management within a supply chain environment or a technical space. Your background includes analyzing data, building dashboards, and coding in various languages, which equips you to tackle complex challenges effectively. You possess excellent project management, people management, and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and tactical execution. Your ability to communicate with highly technical management teams is complemented by your investigative, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills. You thrive in ambiguous and evolving engineering operations environments, understanding that a problem isnβt truly solved until itβs resolved for all.
Desirable
An MBA or Master's degree in a technical field is preferred, along with 5 years of experience in supply chain or large-scale operations. Experience with broad operational scope and executing with high self-sustainability will set you apart as a candidate. You are passionate about driving efficiency, cycle times, reliability, predictability, and on-time delivery in your projects.
What you'll do
As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your role will involve driving efforts to improve operational efficiency and ensuring successful execution and on-time delivery of plans and strategies.
