With at least 2 years of experience in program or project management, you understand the intricacies of sourcing and supplier management. Your background includes working with mechanical commodities such as cooling systems, generators, and HVAC in the data center industry. You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to navigate complex discussions effectively. You thrive in cross-functional environments, demonstrating the ability to work independently while coordinating with various stakeholders. Your problem-solving mindset ensures that you address issues comprehensively, focusing on solutions that benefit all parties involved.
Desirable
Experience with major OEMs of industrial-scale power generation or cooling systems is a plus. A solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals and operational performance metrics will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are adaptable and can manage the life cycle of products and components, ensuring smooth transitions with suppliers during changes and updates.
