Who you are

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or have equivalent practical experience. With at least 2 years of experience in programming and system design, you have a strong background in troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs. You are familiar with web technologies and have experience in areas such as Data/Big Data, Systems Administration, and Networking. Your knowledge extends to machine learning concepts and you are comfortable working with AI techniques.

You have a solid understanding of computer networking, including firewalls, routing, and load balancing. Your experience includes working with public cloud services and infrastructure, as well as performance analysis of containerized systems. You possess excellent leadership and influencing skills, particularly in the context of AI/ML applications, and are capable of leading the design and implementation of AI-based solutions.

Desirable

Experience with recommendation systems, natural language processing, speech recognition, or computer vision is a plus. Familiarity with troubleshooting ML models using TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch will set you apart. You are also knowledgeable about Kubernetes and have a good understanding of the underlying resources required for cloud infrastructure.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders, helping to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve Google Cloud services. You will work as part of a global team of engineers and consultants, ensuring 24-hour customer support, which may include non-standard work hours and weekend shifts. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing technical issues, advocating for customer needs, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the deployment of cloud solutions.

You will leverage your technical expertise to assist customers in navigating complex cloud environments, ensuring they can effectively utilize Google Cloud products. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies, as well as mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.
