Product Manager • Senior

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role. Your background includes at least 5 years of experience in people management, showcasing your technical leadership skills. You have successfully taken technical products from conception to launch, demonstrating your ability to drive projects from ideation to execution.

Your preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a technology or business-related field. You have experience developing and launching products and technologies within one or more of the following areas: Cloud, SaaS, enterprise, internal tools, or supply chain networks. Additionally, you are familiar with running small language models (SLMs) and optimizing for JavaScript object notation/gRPC payloads, as well as dynamic adaptive streaming over HTTP (DASH) and low-latency streaming protocols.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch, connecting the technical and business worlds. You will break down complex problems into actionable steps that drive product development. Your responsibilities will include ideation, requirements gathering, prioritization, and execution. You will collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that the final product meets user needs.

Conducting market research and customer analysis will be key to identifying CDN needs, which will drive data-informed roadmap prioritization. You will partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning that foster adoption and business growth. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that Google continues to deliver innovative, world-changing products that improve access to information for millions of users.
