Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role. You have a proven track record of taking technical products from conception to launch, demonstrating your ability to manage the entire product lifecycle effectively. Your experience includes at least 3 years in large network designs as a solution architect or in professional services, specifically around global wide area networking. You possess cloud experience with a hyperscaler in a customer or field engineering role, which has equipped you with the skills to translate commercial business models into technical solutions. Your outstanding narrative and storytelling abilities help propel usage, adoption, and market momentum for the products you manage. You are adaptable and excited to work on products that impact millions of users daily.

Desirable

An MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering would be a plus, enhancing your technical and business acumen. Experience delivering network or network security designs, architecture designs, reference architectures, or blueprints will set you apart as a candidate. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers, designers, and marketers to develop innovative technologies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch, connecting the technical and business worlds. You will break down complex problems into actionable steps that drive product development. Your responsibilities will include maintaining strong customer relationships and gathering insights and feedback to define solution requirements based on customer discussions and business needs. You will conduct design workshops and author solution design guides, reference architectures, and blueprints. Additionally, you will support and partner with the larger field technical community, training sales, partners, and customers on best practices for network designs. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the products you manage meet the needs of users and drive market success.
