You have a proven track record of delivering cross-functional technical projects in fast-paced environments, managing multiple stakeholders, and influencing senior leadership.

With 10 years of experience under your belt, you excel at designing and implementing scalable processes that drive organizational improvements. You are familiar with project and portfolio management tools and processes, enabling you to streamline operations and enhance project delivery.

What you'll do

As a Senior Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Your role involves coordinating with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, and identify risks. You will be the central point of execution governance, risk management, and development process continuity across the User Voice portfolio. You will establish and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of the portfolio, ensuring that improvements are continuously identified and implemented.

You will communicate progress and results to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams. Your ability to influence and align senior leadership will be crucial in driving initiatives that enhance user experience and organizational efficiency.
