Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role. Your background includes deployment planning, orchestration, and change management, along with experience in programming languages, debugging, and systems design. You excel in engaging with technical stakeholders and presenting to executive leaders, making you a strong communicator in technical environments.
Your preferred qualifications include experience in infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, data analytics, cloud AI, networking, migrations, or security. You are familiar with Google Cloud products and understand how they differentiate from competitors. You have a proven track record of working with product and support teams to resolve technical blockers and guide customers through organizational change to adopt new cloud-powered business processes.
You have experience with the development or implementation of AI agents in an enterprise environment, and you are proficient in object-oriented programming languages such as Python and Java. Your technical skills enable you to effectively remove blockers and accelerate customer delivery, ensuring a smooth transition to cloud solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will help customers transform their businesses by leveraging Google Cloud technologies. You will drive and track the progress of initial and ongoing ramp of license agreements, ensuring customers move from agreement to consumption as quickly as possible. Your responsibilities will include identifying expansion opportunities for new license agreements within accounts during project execution and driving sustainable product usage to help customers realize ongoing value and secure future agreement renewals.
You will collaborate closely with product and support teams to address technical challenges and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will involve presenting technical solutions to stakeholders, guiding them through the adoption of cloud technologies, and helping them navigate the complexities of cloud deployment. You will also be responsible for tracking customer progress and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with Google Cloud products.
