Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 6 years of experience in cloud native architecture within a customer-facing or support role. Your background includes deployment planning, orchestration, and change management, showcasing your ability to navigate complex technical environments. You are skilled in programming languages and have experience in debugging or systems design, which allows you to effectively resolve technical blockers and accelerate customer deployment.
Your experience includes engaging with, presenting to, and influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders, demonstrating your strong communication skills and ability to drive technical discussions. You have a proven track record of promoting technical solutions in areas such as Infrastructure Modernization, Application Modernization, Data Management, Data Analytics, AI, Networking, Migrations, or Security. Your familiarity with Google Cloud products and understanding of their differentiation from competitors is a significant asset.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a key part in helping customers transform their businesses using Google Cloud technology. You will drive and track the progress of initial and ongoing workloads, ensuring a smooth transition from agreement to consumption. Your responsibilities will include identifying expansion opportunities for new workloads within accounts during project execution and driving product usage to help customers realize ongoing value, ultimately securing future agreement renewals.
You will collaborate closely with product and capacity teams to resolve technical and capacity blockers, ensuring that customer deployments are successful and efficient. Your role will require you to leverage your technical knowledge to remove obstacles and facilitate customer success, making you an integral part of the Google Cloud Platform team.
