Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience managing, sourcing, or procuring business resources and vendors, with a strong background in coordinating resources for data center locations. Your expertise includes leading operational or project-based work and tasks, ensuring that all aspects of security are effectively managed. You are experienced in working with systems and technology while managing an extended workforce on a daily basis, demonstrating your ability to handle complex environments. Your background includes physical security, investigations, compliance, or risk management, and you are adept at managing confidential and sensitive information. You communicate fluently in English, which supports your client relationship management in this region.
You have a preferred qualification of 4 years of experience developing and deploying processes to mitigate risk, along with 2 years of experience managing incidents and crises. Your experience extends to coordinating or leading security operations and planning security programs. You are familiar with data center technologies, infrastructure, and methodologies, and have hands-on experience with current security technology, including access control and CCTV.
What you'll do
As a Data Center Security Manager, you will deliver full pieces of projects and make significant contributions with minimal guidance. You will utilize your knowledge of security technology, data analysis, and data visualization to plan efforts of a team responsible for small to medium-sized initiatives, delivering value-added perspectives and influencing project direction. Your role will involve contributing to cross-team collaborations, identifying, and recommending multiple creative ways to solve defined problems. You will implement established compliance processes aligned with Compliance, Security, and Risk Management (CSRM) policies, standards, guidelines, and relevant legal or regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will manage security-related costs through budget, forecasting, and invoice control for the assigned campus, assisting management with financial analysis and input to financial decisions for security requirements.
