Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles. Your expertise lies in using data insights to drive HR strategy and influence executive stakeholders, showcasing your ability to implement HR projects and manage risk effectively. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, driving decisions with multiple stakeholder groups, and possess excellent project and change management skills. Your problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to navigate complex HR challenges with ease.

As a strategic thought leader and program manager, you are ready to move beyond traditional HR practices. You understand the importance of shaping the employee experience and are eager to make a significant impact at Google Ireland, one of the company's key strategic and growth sites. Your ability to manage cross-functionally within the organization will be crucial in this role, as you will be working closely with various teams to ensure the success of HR initiatives.

Desirable

Experience with local labor relations management and engaging with councils or work councils is a plus. You are comfortable providing local context and advice on key HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with local policies and regulations. Your background in HR compliance reporting and pay gap analysis will further enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

In your role as HR Market Consultant, you will be at the forefront of shaping the employee experience for Googlers in Ireland. You will drive HR programs that focus on new hire experiences, empower the manager community, and ensure market HR compliance. Collaborating with executive stakeholders, you will prioritize and mitigate market-related risks while supporting local labor relations management. Your strategic thinking will enable you to leverage data and insights to create a better future for Googlers in Ireland.

You will work closely with the HR Compliance team, Process Ownership team, and User Support team to ensure that HR initiatives align with local needs and regulations. Your ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential as you roll out new HR programs and processes, ensuring that they are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization. You will also engage in change management activities, helping to prepare the organization for new initiatives and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and ready for transitions.
