Who you are

You have 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design, and you hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. You are skilled in leading design projects and have a portfolio showcasing your work. Your experience includes working in cross-functional organizations, and you have a Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. You are familiar with AI creative tools, motion graphics, 3D modeling, and interactive design, which allows you to create engaging user experiences.

What you'll do

As a Senior Interaction Designer at Google, you will take complex tasks and make them intuitive and easy to use for billions of users. You will create user flows, wireframes, and build user interface mockups and prototypes. You will collaborate closely with UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, and Engineers to gather insights about user attitudes and behaviors, which will inform your design decisions. You will drive your work independently toward key milestones while effectively managing time, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. Your role will involve continuously exploring, pivoting, and iterating on early-stage products based on user insights and UX research.
