Job Description
Who you are
You have 8 years of experience in product design or UX within a B2C organization, showcasing a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design capabilities. Your educational background includes a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and you may also hold a Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Computer Science. You possess a deep understanding of designing and shipping multimodal or conversational interfaces, including voice user interfaces (VUI) and graphical user interfaces (GUI). Your experience with state-of-the-art technologies, such as Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), allows you to innovate in user experience design. You are skilled in high-fidelity prototyping tools like ProtoPie or Origami, enabling you to articulate interaction logic, motion, and transitions effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design process from user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes, ensuring that the user experience is intuitive and engaging. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including UX designers, researchers, and engineers, to create innovative design solutions that address user needs and business goals. Your responsibilities will include guiding UX designers in creating design concepts for product ideation and user research/testing, as well as developing design strategies that align with industry trends. You will also be responsible for leading a holistic design process across teams or products, ensuring consistency and quality in the user experience.
