You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or equivalent practical experience. With 8 years of experience in iOS development using Swift, you have a strong background in technical UX design and prototyping. Your experience includes working with vibe coding tools such as AI Studio, Cursor, and Firebase Studio, and you have a keen eye for motion design related to physics, patterns, and visual design elements. You possess excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills, making you a versatile team player who thrives in collaborative environments.

Desirable

A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or equivalent practical experience is preferred. You have 7 years of experience in technical leadership and managing projects, along with familiarity working across full tech stacks and production environments. Your experience with hosted backends like Firebase and Supabase to power prototypes is a significant asset.

What you'll do

As a Staff iOS Creative Technologist at Google, you will lead or contribute to key projects, ensuring a holistic systems-thinking approach and advocating for user needs across platforms and applications. You will strategize, brainstorm, and define approaches that optimize the implementation of design intent. Your role will involve identifying emerging needs and developing interaction design best practices while contributing to pattern documentation. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, Content Strategists, Program Managers, and Engineers to create prototypes across a portfolio of products that are used by millions of people every day.
