Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 5 years of experience in program management. Your background includes 5 years of technical contributions in systems engineering, hardware development, semiconductor device design, or quantum computing. You possess strong problem-solving skills and are adept at managing cross-functional projects, anticipating issues, and proposing effective solutions.
Your experience managing dependencies and cross-functional interfaces has equipped you with the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. You are comfortable discussing technical trade-offs in product development with engineers while also articulating analyses and recommendations to executives. An advanced degree in Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred, showcasing your commitment to continuous learning and expertise in your domain.
What you'll do
As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, utilizing your technical expertise to guide teams through the project life cycle. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned with company goals.
