Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and at least 5 years of experience in hardware system engineering program management or product design engineering. Your background includes leading technical teams and managing multiple tasks effectively, ensuring projects are driven to completion. You are fluent in both English and Mandarin, enabling you to communicate with diverse stakeholders. Your experience with phase gate product development equips you to navigate complex project requirements and timelines. You understand the importance of collaboration and can interface seamlessly with cross-functional groups and vendors.

What you'll do

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all technical aspects align with project goals. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules. Your role will involve driving product development processes and conducting phase gate reviews with cross-functional teams.
