Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience programming in C++, Java, or Python. Your background includes 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and at least 1 year of experience with software design and architecture. You also possess a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, having spent 5 years honing these skills. If you have a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, that's a plus. You are versatile and display leadership qualities, eager to tackle new challenges across the full-stack as technology continues to evolve.

You have a passion for developing accessible technologies and understand the importance of creating software that is usable by everyone. Your experience includes working on projects that handle information at massive scale, and you are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to push technology forward. You thrive in environments that require you to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively.

What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Google, you will work on critical projects that align with the company's needs, contributing to the development of next-generation technologies. You will design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions that meet high standards of quality and efficiency. Your role will involve collaborating with other engineers to ensure best practices are followed, including style guidelines and code accuracy.
