Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 8 years of experience in software development. Your background includes 5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks, as well as experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture. You have a strong foundation in testing and launching software products, along with 3 years of experience in software design and architecture. Your technical leadership experience spans at least 3 years, where you've led project teams and set technical direction in a complex, matrixed organization.

You bring fresh ideas from various areas, including information retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking, data storage, security, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, UI design, and mobile technologies. You thrive in environments that require collaboration across teams and are comfortable managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Your ability to influence and coach a distributed team of engineers is a key strength, and you are adept at facilitating alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.

Desirable

A Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field would be a plus. Your expertise in data structures and algorithms, with at least 8 years of experience, sets you apart as a candidate who can tackle complex problems effectively.
