Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an IT-related field, or equivalent practical experience. With 5+ years of experience in systems automation, you have a strong background in systems design and implementation of software or tool development. You are well-versed in technical infrastructure, including deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring the reliability of technical systems. Your experience includes working with complex distributed systems, debugging, and diagnosing issues effectively. You possess excellent system building skills and have a keen interest in compute technologies, low-level system software, OS, firmware, low-level networking, or hardware.

You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. Your ability to understand user requirements and advocate for customer needs is a key strength. You are proactive in maintaining and enhancing product, engineering, operational, and support excellence to ensure reliable and high-performance operations. You thrive in environments where you can creatively apply your engineering discipline to automate mundane tasks and reduce toil.

Desirable

Experience with software design and architecture, particularly in a cloud infrastructure provider environment, is preferred. Familiarity with testing, maintaining, and launching software products or infrastructure will set you apart.
