Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in a technical program management role. Your background includes experience with site reliability engineering and developer operations, which equips you to manage complex cross-functional projects effectively. You understand the product life-cycle in a fast-moving environment and possess the ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries. You believe that a problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all, and you are committed to building products that create opportunities for everyone.

You are comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives while also discussing technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. Your experience managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams has prepared you to drive program strategy and lead program teams to deliver business, operational, and technical improvements. You thrive in environments that require strong partnerships and shared accountability, and you are adept at navigating complex organizational dynamics.

Desirable

Experience managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams is preferred, as is a deep understanding of the product life-cycle. Your ability to adjust portfolio strategy to address complex changing circumstances across the organization will be a key asset in this role.

What you'll do
