Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in technical program management. Your leadership experience spans at least 7 years, with a proven track record of managing projects effectively. You are familiar with delivering both software and hardware projects, and you possess a deep understanding of the computer vision industry. Your ability to drive and influence teams, including executives, sets you apart. You thrive in ambiguous situations, establishing structure and leading programs to success.

Your technical skills include familiarity with writing scripts such as PLX, Dremel, and App script at Google. You excel in communication and collaboration, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on goals, priorities, and schedules. You are adept at identifying and resolving gaps in current processes and tools, contributing to operational scalability for your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will direct a portfolio of programs focused on delivering products for Extended Reality (XR). You will ensure cross-team alignment on goals, priorities, and roadmaps while effectively communicating the status and health of releases to all stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of program and technical program managers, fostering cross-functional relationships across the organization. You will collaborate with teams in Engineering, Product Management, UX Design, Research, and Operations to deliver high-quality XR products and services.

You will lead triage sessions with Technical Leads on incoming issues, ensuring that your focus areas are well-managed. Your role will require you to manage cross-functional planning and prioritization to meet team goals. You will also be responsible for identifying methods that contribute to operational scalability, ensuring that your team can deliver effectively and efficiently.
