Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in program management. Your background includes leading network infrastructure projects on engineering teams, and you have experience managing software integration programs or direct integration engineering. You are skilled in synthesizing complex material for diverse audiences, from executives to technical teams, through effective communication and documentation.

Your expertise extends to networking hardware and software development, including NPI product development, network switch design, and network fabric design. You have successfully launched network fabrics or switch products from development through deployment, demonstrating your ability to manage complex projects. You thrive in environments that require collaboration across multiple teams and are adept at navigating the challenges of large-scale distributed systems.

Desirable

You have additional experience managing cross-functional projects and a strong understanding of networking infrastructure. Your ability to communicate effectively and build consensus across teams is a key asset, and you are comfortable presenting technical proposals and project updates to stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do
