What you'll do

As the Distribution Operations Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that the distribution center operates in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies. You will support operations and leadership through various safety initiatives, helping to create a culture of safety within the organization. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the learning and development of distribution center staff, ensuring they are well-informed about safety protocols and procedures.

You will collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in safety practices and contribute to the development of training materials. Your role will involve monitoring compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) requirements, ensuring that all staff adhere to established guidelines. You will also assist in conducting safety audits and inspections, providing valuable feedback to enhance operational efficiency and safety standards.
