Job Description
Who you are
You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and at least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or military environment. You are physically capable of lifting up to 49 lbs and are comfortable using manual and electric material handling equipment. You possess a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, such as Google G-Suite, which aids in your daily tasks. You approach challenges with drive, positivity, and enthusiasm, making you a valuable team member in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the Distribution Center by loading and unloading freight, operating equipment like hand jacks, and moving products to storage areas. You will process orders by picking, checking, sorting, and consolidating freight, ensuring that all customer orders are accurately packed and shipped. Safety is paramount, so you will observe all safety procedures and promote a culture of safety within the team. You will also assist the Area Manager and Leads with various warehouse tasks as needed, contributing to a well-organized and efficient operation.
