What you'll do

As a Key Holder at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the store. Your primary responsibilities will include opening and closing the store, ensuring that all security protocols are followed. During busy periods, you will assist in managing customer flow and provide support to your colleagues, ensuring that everyone is equipped to deliver exceptional service.

You will also be responsible for training new employees, sharing your knowledge of store operations and customer service best practices. Your role will involve engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and driving sales through excellent service. You will be a key part of the team, contributing to a positive shopping experience for all customers.
