You are also flexible with your schedule, willing to work during peak shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You have a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, which helps you manage tasks efficiently. You understand the importance of maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and you are committed to following safety protocols while handling products. Your enthusiasm for the role and willingness to learn will contribute to the success of the operations team.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive their everyday essentials promptly. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch, receiving and unpacking pallets of products, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices.

You will interact with customers to address any issues related to substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring a positive customer experience. Your role will require you to handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. You may also work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, so adaptability is key.
