You possess a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, which will help you manage inventory and communicate effectively with team members and drivers. Your flexibility in working various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, demonstrates your dedication to the role. What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their everyday essentials efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and ensuring that the physical inventory count matches purchase orders. You will also manage the inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and overall facility.

You will be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices, ensuring that products are handled, scanned, and moved safely and efficiently. Your role will require you to contact customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, demonstrating your commitment to customer service. You will also be expected to work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to take on various tasks as needed.
