You are comfortable with physical tasks and can stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and walk during your shifts. You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that inventory counts match purchase orders and invoices, and you are diligent in managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. You are also capable of handling products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol, and are willing to work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order or invoice, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Your responsibilities will also include managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders, as well as cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility.

You will be responsible for managing waste and spoilage, ensuring compliance with FIFO practices, and contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items. You will handle, scan, and move products in a safe and organized manner, using carts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment to facilitate the movement of products. Your ability to work collaboratively with partner drivers will be essential in ensuring a smooth operational flow.
