What you'll do
As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, ensuring that all products are handled safely and efficiently. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, verifying that the physical inventory matches the purchase orders. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will also be part of your daily tasks. You will maintain a clean and organized sales floor and overall facility, adhering to strict compliance with FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage. Additionally, you will communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring a high level of customer service. Your role may also involve preparing quality beverages and food menu items, contributing to the overall customer experience.
