Who you are
You are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to take on various operational responsibilities. Your ability to work well with others and communicate effectively makes you a valuable team member. You are physically capable of performing tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds throughout your shift. You are adaptable and can work a fluid schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory. You will ensure that the physical inventory count matches purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, managing waste and spoilage, and handling products safely and efficiently. You will also interact with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring a positive experience.
