What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies that arise. Your responsibilities will also include managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders, as well as cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility.

You will handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. Your role may require you to work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, and you will be responsible for contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items. Your ability to work a fluid schedule and adapt to the demands of the operations team will be essential for success in this position.
