Your physical capabilities allow you to stand, walk, and lift items up to 49 pounds throughout your shifts. You are comfortable working in various conditions, including freezer locations, and are committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive their everyday essentials promptly. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices.

In this role, you will interact with customers to handle substitutions or out-of-stock items, ensuring a positive experience. You will utilize equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products safely and efficiently. Your attention to detail will be essential in resolving discrepancies between physical inventory counts and purchase orders. You will work closely with your team and report directly to a Site Leader, contributing to the overall success of the operations team.
