What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, verifying that the physical inventory matches the purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies. Additionally, you will manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and facility. You will also be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Throughout your shifts, you will handle, scan, and move products safely, using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. You will also prepare quality beverages and food menu items as needed.
