Your positive attitude and enthusiasm for the role will help you succeed in this position. You are comfortable with physical tasks and can lift up to 49 pounds, ensuring that you can handle the demands of the job. You are also adaptable and can work a fluid schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries regarding substituted or out-of-stock items and ensure that products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
