You are physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting items throughout your shift, and you are comfortable working in various conditions, including freezer locations. You are adaptable and can work a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, verifying that the physical inventory matches the purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily tasks, as well as cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility. You will also manage waste and spoilage by adhering to FIFO practices, ensuring that products are handled safely and organized effectively. Additionally, you will communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, and you will utilize equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products safely.
