What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily responsibilities, along with cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility.

You will also be responsible for managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Communicating with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items will be essential to ensure a positive customer experience. You will handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. Your role may require you to work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, and you will need to be capable of walking several flights of steps as part of your duties.
