Gopuff is hiring an Operations Associate to join their operations team in Lexington, KY. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, and managing inventory while ensuring compliance with operational standards. This role requires a positive attitude and the ability to work flexible hours.

Who you are
You are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to take on various operational responsibilities. Your ability to work well with others and communicate effectively makes you a valuable team member. You are comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and can lift up to 49 pounds. You are adaptable and can work a fluid schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Desirable
While not required, having a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, such as Google G-Suite, is a plus. You are open to learning and growing within the role, and you enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive their everyday essentials efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory. You will ensure that the physical inventory count matches purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies that arise. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized sales floor and overall facility, manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices, and handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol. You will also prepare quality beverages and food menu items as needed.
