You are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to take on various operational responsibilities. Your ability to work well with others and communicate effectively makes you a valuable team member. You are physically capable of performing tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds throughout your shift. You understand the importance of maintaining a clean and organized workspace and are committed to following safety protocols.
Desirable
While not required, having a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, such as Google G-Suite, is a plus. You are flexible and can adapt to a fluid schedule, making you available during peak shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their everyday essentials efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, managing waste and spoilage, and ensuring compliance with FIFO practices. Your role will require you to handle products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move items as needed.
