What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive their everyday essentials promptly. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Additionally, you will manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices, ensuring that products are handled correctly.

You will be in direct contact with customers to address any issues related to substituted or out-of-stock items, showcasing your customer service skills. Your ability to handle, scan, and move products safely will be essential in maintaining the operational flow. You will also be required to work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, demonstrating your versatility and willingness to take on various tasks as needed.
