You possess a strong work ethic and are capable of managing your time effectively. You are comfortable standing and walking for the duration of your shift and can lift up to 49 pounds. Your attention to detail ensures that you accurately receive and unpack pallets of products, matching physical inventory counts with purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies.

You are adaptable and can work a fluid schedule, being available during peak shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. Your general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, such as Google G-Suite, helps you navigate daily tasks efficiently.

Desirable

While not required, having experience in a similar role or familiarity with inventory management practices would be beneficial. You are open to learning and growing within the company, and you appreciate the importance of maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive their everyday essentials promptly. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with FIFO practices to minimize waste and spoilage. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, contributing to a positive shopping experience for customers.

You will work closely with partner drivers to facilitate smooth operations and communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items. Your role will require you to handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. You will also be expected to work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, demonstrating your versatility and commitment to the team's success.
