What you'll do
As a Junior Operations Supervisor at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high operational standards at our MFCs. You will report directly to the Site Leader and assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include monitoring operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
You will work closely with the Site leadership team to foster a positive work environment and support team members in their roles. Your enthusiasm for the challenge will help motivate others and drive the team towards achieving operational excellence. You will also be involved in training new team members, ensuring they understand the operational standards and expectations.
