Govini is hiring a Security Accreditations Program Manager to drive accreditation and ATO processes. You'll manage relationships with government stakeholders and work closely with internal teams. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to navigate complex processes.

Who you are
You have a strong background in managing security accreditation processes, ideally within the defense or government sectors. Your exceptional organizational skills allow you to handle multiple workstreams and timelines effectively, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the accreditation journey. You thrive in cross-functional environments, proactively engaging with various teams to drive outcomes and overcome roadblocks. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with government points of contact is crucial for success in this role.
You possess a keen understanding of the accreditation landscape, including IL5 Provisional Authorization and FedRAMP High Authorization. Your experience enables you to navigate the complexities of achieving service-level ATOs efficiently. You are detail-oriented and have a relentless focus on achieving desired outcomes, ensuring that all processes are executed smoothly and effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving Govini's accreditation and ATO processes, working closely with both external government stakeholders and internal teams. You will identify and build relationships with the appropriate government points of contact, facilitating communication and collaboration to streamline the accreditation process. Your role will involve managing workstreams, timelines, and navigating any roadblocks that may arise, ensuring that ATOs are achieved on the shortest timeline possible.
You will collaborate with Sales to ensure alignment on accreditation efforts and work closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand how roadmap priorities impact the ATO process. Your ability to drive cross-functional collaboration will be key to ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards common goals. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the accreditation journey, helping them understand the implications of their decisions on the overall process.
