Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on driving product expansion and understanding customer needs. You possess exceptional judgment when it comes to identifying opportunities to deliver customer value in a productized way, and you thrive in roles that require you to be the product owner accountable for delivering solutions from start to finish. You are highly motivated by market adoption and have a track record of successfully launching new workflows and capabilities. Your ability to communicate effectively with prospective customers about product capabilities is a key strength, and you enjoy collaborating with implementation and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, defining, and investing resources in creating productizable solutions to complex customer problems. You will work directly with Navy customers to understand their needs and translate those into actionable product features within the Ark platform. Your responsibilities will include designing, specifying, prototyping, and launching new workflows and capabilities into full production. You will act as the “tip of the spear” for understanding customer needs and will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the solutions you develop.
