What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Koalafi, you will take ownership of the merchant experience, ensuring that our platform meets the needs of our retail partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and drive the development process from concept to launch.

You will conduct user research and gather feedback from merchants to continuously improve the onboarding process and operational tools. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement and ensuring that our solutions are reliable and user-friendly.

You will work closely with engineering and design teams to create a seamless experience for merchants, balancing their needs with business objectives.
