You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the technology or AI sectors — you've successfully led cross-functional teams and driven product innovation in fast-paced environments. Your strong analytical skills enable you to make data-driven decisions that enhance user experiences and meet business objectives.

You thrive in consultative settings, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and customer support teams — your ability to communicate effectively across departments ensures that everyone is aligned on product goals. You are passionate about AI and understand how it can transform customer interactions, making you an advocate for innovative solutions.

Your experience includes developing product roadmaps, conducting user research, and defining success metrics — you are comfortable with A/B testing and using analytics tools to measure product performance. You have a track record of launching successful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Desirable

Experience in AI or automation products is a plus, as is familiarity with customer support workflows — you understand the challenges faced by support teams and are eager to create solutions that simplify their processes. A background in software development or technical product management can also be beneficial.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and innovation of Zingtree's AI-powered Automation platform — you will work closely with the CTO to define the product vision and strategy, ensuring that the platform meets the evolving needs of customer support teams. You will lead the development of new features, focusing on enhancing AI capabilities and ensuring that solutions are logical and effective.

You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation — your insights will guide the product roadmap and help prioritize features that deliver the most value to customers. Collaborating with engineering and design teams, you will oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

You will also engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their pain points — this direct interaction will inform your product decisions and help you create solutions that truly resonate with users. As a Senior Product Manager, you will mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the product team.
