What you'll do

As a Senior Strategy & Planning Analyst at Grafana, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our core planning and capacity models in Pigment. You will build analytics that measure GTM productivity, providing the data foundation for workforce planning decisions. Your role will involve interfacing with various teams to ensure our planning processes scale effectively as the organization grows. You will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring that our planning aligns with the company's goals.
